General information

Personal data is information such as name, address, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address and all other information relating to a specific person. The handling of personal data is governed by the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and other regulations.

It is possible to use our website for information purposes without providing your personal data.

We take technical and organisational measures to ensure that data protection requirements are observed both by us and by external service providers.

When you visit our website, data is automatically stored in a log file each time you access a page:

the IP address of the requesting computer
the date and time of access
the name and URL of the page accessed
the amount of data sent when the page is transmitted
the status of the access (page transmitted, page not found, etc.)
data on the browser and operating system used
the website from which the access was made

This data is stored to support and secure our operations.

If you wish to make a reservation enquiry or use the contact form, we will ask you for your name and some other personal information relevant to the reservation or contact. Your details are sent to us via an SSL-secured connection and are stored on specially protected servers in Germany. Access to this data is only possible for a few specially authorised persons who are involved in the technical or commercial management of these servers. Under no circumstances will this data be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) may be subject to security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible. Data requiring protection should therefore only be transmitted via a secure connection (SSL).
